Added kc-kernel target that builds both GENERICAH and GENERICBT kernels.
Added kc-floppy that does the common part of building the kc floppies.
Added kc-bt-floppy to build GENERICBT kernel floppy.
Fixed kc-ah-floppy to use kc-floppy.
