1) Really print 'real' memory - use Maxmem, not physmem.
2) Output K bytes instead of pages as this means something to more people.
3) Moved printf of avail memory to after vm_bounce_init() call so that
   bounce buffers are included in the figure.
4) Killed initcpu(); it's an unused vestige from the VAX.
