Fix a long standing problem with ssh-keygen missing the '-t rsa1' option.

Remove historical '-p 0' option from newfs

Use 'strings' and 'dd' magic instead of perl (unavailable in -current)
to patch the boot2 block.

Will go into -current as soon as re@ approve
