Fix several problems related to resume:
- Initialize fc->status to process bus reset correctly after resume.
- Initialize AT ring buffer pointer.
- Requeue stdma to stfree for active IR buffer.
- Stop DMA before suspend for safe.
- Set powerstate after resume.
