Add kpasswdd5_server and kpasswdd5_server_enable variables to
/etc/defaults/rc.conf and boot-time support to /etc/rc.network
in RELENG_4.  This permits the Heimdal password change daemon
to be automatically started when the system is booted; this
is present in -CURRENT but appears not to have been merged with
Heimdal support.
