Fixed the type of feaintr().  The type of an EISA interrupt handler is
incompatible with the type of a PCI interrupt handler.

Fixed the type of pdc_pci_ifintr().  The type of a PCI interrupt handler
is too generic to pass arbitrary struct pointers.
