Fixed getdirentries() on nfs mounted msdosfs's.  No cookies were returned
for certain common combinations of directory sizes, cluster sizes, and i/o
sizes (e.g., 4K, 4K, and 4K).  The fix in rev. 1.21 was incomplete.
