Bring in changes from the HEAD.

-Added support for the slip.hosts options 'normal', 'compress', 'noicmp',
 and 'autocmp'.
-Additionly parse /etc/sliphome/slip.slparms* to set keepalive,
 outfill and slunit.
-Make it more POSIXed.
-Describe undocumented stuff.
