Update support for Synaptics Touchpads (Volume IV)

 o Change the motion calculation to result in
   a more reasonable speed of motion

This should fix the 'aiming' problems people have reported.  It also
mitigates (but doesn't completely solve) the 'stalling' problems at
very low speeds.
