Pull ATA up to -current levels minus PC98 geometry changes:

Fix the serverworks modesetting code, of mask offset was wrong.
Always set half'n'half mode on ICH* chips.
Fix the PC98 lockups on boot.
Add SHARP to the pool of drives that doesn not need byteswapping.
Add support for the ICH6 in legacy mode.
Dont sleep with lock held.
