- Fix a lot of typos and grammatical errors[1].
- Update the following items:

  * remove "s/tag=RELENG_5/tag=RELENG_5_3/ in cvsup/standard-cvsup" and
    "sk(4) panic on shutdown" because they are already fixed.

  * update "sk(4) locking up"[2] and "gvinum at boot time"[3].

- Add new items:

  ULE scheduler disabled[4], libpthread CPU usage statistics[5], and
  ataraid support for CMD649 and SiI0680 controllers[6].
