Added a ".Fx" macro to the mdoc package.  Usage:

.Fx version.rel { , . ; : ( ) [ ]

Example:

.Nm xyzzy
command first appeared in
.Fx 2.2 .

Produces:

The xyzzy command first appeared in FreeBSD 2.2.
