- Use svc_getrpccaller() rather than svc_getcaller() for using
  xt_rtaddr member of SVCXPRT structure.  This allows to use IPv6
  address stored in "struct sockaddr_storage" in "struct netbuf".
- Output the reason of getnameinfo() error.
