MFC 1.144+1.145 by gibbs@: Correct two off-by-one in the calculation
of the inquiry additional length field and inquiry buffer length.

This has fixed my Adaptec 39320A cards when connecting with some
disk arraies that is configured with multiple LUNs that is mapped
in one channel, which represents as "transmission error", and
strange timeouts, and only the first device is detected.
