MFC *:  Compensate for off by one bugs in disk firmware for 48BIT addressing
cutover.  This fix is from Dec 9th, and solves a problem some users see with
some models of large disks.  Many users have reported that this fix works on
current, and I wanted to be sure it made it into 5.4-release.
