	introduce "-tunnel" as an alias for "deletetunnel".
	The latter is overly long and prone to typos,  but
	keep it for POLA since it costs nothing.

    ifconfig.8 1.102-1.105

	Document the above changes.
	Logically group vlan- and tunnel-related parameters.
