Don't (re)define or use ACTUALLY_LKM_NOT_KERNEL - use the existing
definition of QCAM_MODULE for everything involving LKM'ness.

Makefile:
Don't add -I/sys to CFLAGS.  bsd.kmod.mk adds the correct (relative)
path.
