Selected fixes from HEAD, including:
 - Show the "B" flag on blackhole routes (as documented)
 - fixes from 4.4Lite-2 to make the dns reverse-lookups a little less
   broken in the face of subnets (and show network route size)
 - more sensible trimming of the local host's domain name.
 - more readable '-w' statistics output
