- Remove SEEK_DATA and SEEK_HOLE from stdio.h, they don't belong here.
- Only define SEEK_DATA and SEEK_HOLE in sys/unistd.h when neither
  _POSIX_SOURCE nor _XOPEN_SOURCE is defined.
