Merge coda_vfsops.c:1.73 from HEAD to RELENG_7:

  Remove undefined coda excluded by #if 1 #else, which previously protected
  vget() calls using inode numbers to query the root of /coda, which is not
  needed since we now cache the root vnode with the mountpoint.
