Add USB->RS232 devices to the GENERIC kernel.

imp@ has already done this in HEAD, refer to revision 1.476 of
i386/conf/GENERIC and revision 1.486 of amd64/conf/GENERIC. It seems only fair
to do the same in RELENG_7.
