MFC 182911,182948,185996 from HEAD to syncronize fwcontrol between all branches
of FreeBSD.

These changes provide the following features:
  Allow users of more than one Firewire board to execute commands
  Allow users to pass more than one command line argument at a time
  Provide NetBSD code support
  Cleanup Mergeinfo and mark the branch in sync
