- Add getsid, fchdir, getpgid, lchown, pread, pwrite, truncate,
  *at, and fexecve to the POSIX.1-2008 namespace.
- Remove getwd, ualarm, usleep, and vfork from the XSI namespace.
- Remove mkdtemp from the POSIX.1-2008 namespace (should be in stdlib.h).
