- Provide proper pre_ithread/post_ithread functions for both
    hard and soft interrupts
- Do not handle masked interrupts
- Do not write Cause register because most bytes are read-only and
    writing the same byte to RW fields are pointless. And in case of
    software interrupt utterly wrong
