Merge in some -current changes:

1) Remove MAX_LUN=2 hack, 8 LUNs are probed now, even if FAILSAFE is defined.
2) Include "opt_ncr.h" for driver options.
3) Rename SCSI_DEBUG_FLAGS to SCSI_NCR_DEBUG.
4) Add brackets to expansion of OUTx macros.
5) Fix recognition of 53c810A and 53c825A chips.
6) Improve snooptest failure message.
7) Removed (previously disabled) timeout code.
