Very dirty fix for the overflow of the number of cylinders problem.
This fix use casts to the wdp_cylinder ralated variables, because

intelligent enough to take default section and entry names

    data to run on (XXX- Assume it completes and doesn't spin forever)

drivers and data structures to work with although the hardware can't be
guaranteed.

Add support for the LD_BIND_NOW environment variable.  If it is set to a
nonempty string, then function calls are relocated at program start-up
rather than lazily.  This variable is standard on Sun and SVR4 systems.

The dlopen() function now supports both lazy and immediate binding, as
determined by its "mode" argument, which can be either 1 (RTLD_LAZY) or
2 (RTLD_NOW).  I will add defines of these symbols to <dlfcn.h> as soon
as I've done a little more checking to make sure they won't cause
collisions or bootstrapping problems that would break "make world".

The "LD_*" environment variables which alter dynamic linker behavior are
now treated as unset if they are set to the empty string.  This agrees
with the standard SVR4 conventions for the dynamic linker.

Add a work-around for programs compiled with certain buggy versions of
crt0.o.  The buggy versions failed to set the "crt_ldso" member of the
interface structure.  This caused certain error messages from the
dynamic linker to begin with "(null)" instead of the pathname of the
dynamic linker.

ports paradigm.  (In a nutshell, we can't just define NOMANCOMPRESS in
this file even if uncompressed manpages is the default for OpenBSD,
because that will take away the ability of individual users to select

Use the new if_multiaddrs list for multicast addresses rather than the
previous hackery involving struct in_ifaddr and arpcom.  Get rid of the
abominable multi_kludge.  Update all network interfaces to use the

Sync ypserv with current. This brings in the async resolver support,
which is needed to help prevent ypserv from blocking due to repeated
DNS lookup requests. (Sendmail seems to be a source of lots of these;
if you mail to an domain who's nameserver is dead or unreachable, lots of
child ypservs can accumulate while waiting for the timeout. This is
no longer a problem with the async resolver.)

The following patch to lib/libc/stdio implements positional arguments in
a manner consistent with other implementations.  Its done in a way that
adds only a tiny amount of overhead when positional arguments are not used.
I also have a test program to go with this, but don't know where it belongs
in the tree.

Fixed interrupt unmasking for child processes which I broke in
rev.1.10 two years ago.  Children continued to run at splhigh()
after returning from vm_fork().  This mainly affected kernel
processes and init.  For ordinary processes, interrupts are normally
unmasked a few instructions later after fork() returns (it may be
important for syscall() not to reschedule the child processes).
Kernel processes had workarounds for the problem.  Init manages to
start because some routines "know" that it is safe to go to sleep
despite their caller starting them at a high ipl.  Then its ipl
gets fixed on its first normal return from a syscall.
