Remaining bits to restore PS3 branch to a booting state:
- Re-add hypervisor hooks to mmu_oea64
- Connect PS3 bits to the build
- Do not assume that the presence of FDT implies the absence of
  real Open Firmware
- Make ofw_fdt at least compile (though not work) on 64-bit systems
