No more uether module dependancy and ue[0-9+] interface name on axe(4).
In my personal opinion I don't think that uether module gives benefits
to USB stack though it existed on the tree about 10 years.  After 8.0
release I think it becomes worse than before.  As further works, changes
of other USB ethernet drivers would be happen soon.
