Remove bignum-copy.c from SRCS=, as it no longer exists.  Remove
tc-sparc-fixed.c entirely, since the fix has been integrated into
contrib/binutils/gas/config/tc-sparc.c by upstream.  Define TARGET_OS
in addition to the other TARGET_XXX defines.
