Don't call g_raid_iodone() on the parent bp we use to drive the
rebuild process.  Since g_raid didn't queue it to us, it freaks when
we give it back.

Tweak some debug levels, remove some debugs, etc.

# now, we rebuild mostly correctly...  just don't remove the disk being rebuilt
# yet.
