portbuild: remove hardcoded /var/portbuild.

- Don't hardcode /var/portbuild.
- Upload per-build scripts/ and sources/ directories.
- Scripts which aren't tied to a specific build are uploaded first.

This change makes it effectively possible to checkout portbuild
anywhere and test changes without affecting any other builds.
