Add TWL companion devices support by Ben R. Gray slightly modified
by me:

- style(9) cleanup
- make clear distinction between bus driver and actual companion device
- FDT-ize and get rid of references to hints
- Hardcode TWL6030  support. Actual run-time chip detection: TBD
- Make sysctls R/O. Unless there's something really pressing -
    do not let userland tinker with voltages.
