Replace our (un)vis(3) implementation with the one NetBSD.  The NetBSD
versions are:

vis.c 1.44
vis.3 1.27
unvis.c 1.39
unvis.3 1.23
vis.h 1.19

This version breaks the build due to use of VIS_GLOB in our mtree.
