make world fails when it tries to build LKMs because the files
	opt_smp.h
	opt_smp_invltbl.h
are missing.

This patch to /usr/src/share/mk/bsd.kmod.mk is a temporary workaround.

Note that LKMs built in this way may or may NOT work properly with an
SMP kernel.
