Don't lose track of the KTR entries copied from 'ktr_buf_init[]' to the
dynamically allocated 'ktr_buf[]'.

The memcpy arranges 'ktr_buf[]' such that the latest KTR entry is at
'KTR_BOOT_ENTRIES - 1'.
