Remove redundant files already tracked by tools/build/mk/OptionalObsoleteFiles.inc.

These files are installed, likely after r288230.  In
tools/build/mk/OptionalObsoleteFiles.inc they are bound
to the MK_BINUTILS option rather than unconditionally
deleted here.
