Fix an overambitious TESTGROUP -> ${PACKAGE}FILES replacement

The code used the unexpanded form of ${TESTGROUP} previously, so it was passing in
the directory and not the contents of the ${${TESTGROUP}} variable (now
${${PACKAGE}FILES})
