MFC r308458, r311157 and r312347:

Add the DTS for the Netgate SG-1000 (micro-Firewall).

Remove a GPL licensed DTS.

The micro-Firewall DTS is now a single BSD licensed file.

The write-protect is not wired on uFW, disable it to allow writes to SD
card.
