Started getting rid of the compatibility cruft for the Lite1 mount()
and the pre-Lite2 vfsconf interfaces.

For getvfsent.c, just define _OLD_VFSCONF.  This will give the
current default macro hacks in <sys/mount.h> when the default is
reversed.  This is an intermediate step.
