Copy ^/projects/import-googletest-1.8.1 to ^/projects/capsicum-test

The goal of this branch is to do integration work necessary to make the
capsicum-test project from https://github.com/google/capsicum-test work on
FreeBSD.

I might need to do some fudging, based on the fact that capsicum-test had an
embedded copy of capsicum called libcaprights.
