Use DEVICE memory instead of UNCACHEABLE on aarch64 in ioremap() in the LinuxKPI.
This fixes system hangs on reading device registers on aarch64.

Tested with:	Marvell MACCHIATObin (Armada8k) + mlx4en, amdgpu
