vm: fix sysctl vm.kstack_cache_size change report

Cache gets resized correctly, but sysctl reports the wrong number:
# sysctl vm.kstack_cache_size=512
vm.kstack_cache_size: 128 -> 128

vm.kstack_cache_size: 128 -> 512
