Add support for reception of ext_pgs mbuf chains to the common NFS code.
Also, simplify the check for ext_pgs mbufs to just test for M_NOMAP.
Get rid of a couple of functions that are no longer needed.
And fix newnfs_realign() so that it works for ext_pgs mbufs.
