When system act as IPX router (sysctl -w net.ipx.ipx.ipxforwarding=1,
running IPXRouted -s) between IPX configured interfaces, it generate
syslog messages "ipx_ctlinput: cmd 15." even if kernel compiled with
IPXPRINTFS=0 and IPX_ERRPRINTFS=0 options.
