ena: Update driver version to v2.6.3

Bug Fixes:
* Initialize statistics before the interface is available
* Fix driver unload crash

Minor Changes:
* Mechanically convert ena(4) to DrvAPI
* Remove usage of IFF_KNOWSEPOCH
