- Move lkmnosys() to kern_syscall.c
- Have the VFS lkm support use vfs_register() etc rather than having it's
  own version.
- Have the syscall lkm support use syscall_register() etc rather than
  having it's own verison.
- Convert the lkm driver to a module.
