Remove some Alpha/i386-specific things from the i386/Alpha-specific files.
Move base system security issues before ports security issues.
Group all the added network drivers (followed by rest of drivers) in an
  attempt to have a more logical grouping.
The Alpha-specific file needed some $ FreeBSD $ action.
