Reduce MAX_IOCTL_REPLY to 1024; the previous value was more than ioctl
could stand.

Define the correct return lengths for a number of ioctls.

Add ioctls VINUM_CHECKPARITY and VINUM_RESETPARITY, still to be fully
implemented.
