MFC:Roll platform major && minor (major now tracks FreeBSD major release).
Add in null SWIZZLE definitions. Add in CFGPRINTF define. Remove inline
functions as they're now in isp_inline.h and include that file.

Change default debug level to be based on SCSIDEBUG (3)
