Two PCCard Modem entries.
o Fix entry for Megahertz XJ4336-CC4336. Old config (sio1) seems
  conflict with IrDA port or COM port on some laptop and sometimes
  totally hang up after insertion.
o Add 'NTT DoCoMo Mobile D Card 96P1' which is used by many
  people in Japan.
